HOW IT WORKS

See your home in a new light.

  1. Take a daytime photo

    Stand across the street and take a straight-on photo of the front of your home, with the rooflines clearly visible.

  2. Tap “New home” and add your photo

    We find the visible roof edges and place the lights for you, then open the preview right away.

  3. Play with the look

    Slide toward night, try Architectural, Christmas, Halloween, Patriotic or your own colors, and switch between Static, Chase, Gentle fade and Pacman.

  4. Fix anything that looks off

    Automatic placement reads edges in the photo and can miss or misread some. Tap Adjust layout to move points, delete a section, or add a missed roof edge under Manual correction tools.

Your photo stays on your device

The studio runs entirely in your browser. Photos and designs are saved only on this device — nothing is uploaded to Lakeline. Clearing your browser data removes them; use Projects → Export to keep a backup file.

Once the studio has loaded, it also works offline. On an iPhone or iPad you can tap Share → Add to Home Screen to open it like an app.
